TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our supplier holds a range of Hot Tubs at their warehouse based in Holland. Normal stock is available for delivery anywhere in the UK within 21 days excluding specials where delivery will be up to 8 weeks (Estimated).

 Prices
All prices and offers are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change and availability. VAT is included in all prices at the rate of 17.5%.

Payment

• On all Hot Tub sales, 50% of the amount due must be paid when the goods are ordered and the remainder on delivery.
• No goods can be left at a customers address unless they are paid for in full.
• Payment can be made in person prior to delivery, Bankers Daft, Building Society Cheque or cash.
• If Payment is to be made by personal cheque, then we require payment ten days prior to delivery.
• All cheques should be made payable to ’Heavenly Hot tubs Limited’.

 Holds

• Goods can only be held for a maximum of 13 weeks, after which we reserve the right to take the order as being cancelled unless further payments have been made or written notification has been received informing us to hold the goods for longer
